This appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered June 7, 1963, has been held in abeyance pending determination of a Huntley hearing which this court ordered (People v. Bischone, 24 A.D.2d 575, 262 N.Y.S.2d 199). Such hearing has been held and determined adversely to defendant by an order of said County Court dated December 2, 1965, which order has been reviewed together with the appeal from the judgment. Judgment and order affirmed. No opinion.
