Defendant was convicted of second-degree burglary. The Supreme Court, Queens County, Albert H. Bosch, J., entered judgment, and the defendant appealed.

The Appellate Division affirmed the judgment without opinion.

The defendant appealed to the Court of Appeals by permission of an Associate Judge of the Court of Appeals.
