Appeal from Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department, 12 A.D.2d 449, 208 N.Y.S.2d 916.

Defendants were convicted of the crime of murder in the first degree and of two counts of the crime of robbery in the first degree. The Court of General Sessions of the County of New York, Mitchell D. Schweitzer, J., entered judgment. The defendant appealed.

The Appellate Division, 10 A.D.2d 849, 202 N.Y.S.2d 997, granted motion for an enlargement of time and assigned attorneys for defendant for the purposes of the appeal.

The Appellate Division, 12 A.D.2d 449, 208 N.Y.S.2d 916, unanimously affirmed the judgment of conviction. The defendant appealed by permission of an associate judge of the Court of Appeals.

Judgment affirmed.
