ORDER

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), in lieu of leave to appeal, we REVERSE the defendant's convictions for delivery of heroin and conspiracy to deliver heroin and REMAND the case to the Bay Circuit Court for a new trial. The trial court erred reversibly in admitting evidence of other unsuccessful and completed attempts to buy and sell heroin. People v. Rustin, 406 Mich. 527, 280 N.W.2d 448 (1979).
