Proceeding by the People of the State of New York on the relation of Herman Barmore against John F. Foster as Warden of Auburn State Prison and Department of Correction and Board of Parole. From an adverse determination, the relator appealed. Motion to appeal on handwritten or typewritten papers was denied, App.Div., 90 N.Y.S.2d 125. The respondents move to dismiss appeal to the Court of Appeals.
