Appeal by defendants from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 9, 1963 after a jury trial, convicting them of burglary in the third degree and of petit larceny; and on the burglary counts, sentencing each of them as second felony offenders to serve a term of five to ten years. Sentence was suspended on the petit larceny counts. Judgment affirmed as to each defendant. No opinion.
