ORDER

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the Court of Appeals, 90 Mich. App. 144, 282 N.W.2d 262, is considered, and, pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), in lieu of leave to appeal, we REVERSE the defendant's convictions of delivery of phencyclidine (M.C.L. § 335.341(1)(b); M.S.A. § 18.1070(41)(1)(b)) and delivery of marijuana (M.C.L. § 335.341(1)(c); M.S.A. § 18.1070(41)(1)(c)) and REMAND the case to the Calhoun Circuit Court for new trial. People v. Baldwin and People v. Woolfolk, 405 Mich. 550, 275 N.W.2d 253 (1979).
