ORDER

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal [from114 Mich.App. 773, 319 N.W.2d 390] is considered, and it is GRANTED, limited to the issue of whether the trial court erred in excluding evidence concerning alleged other sexual activity of the complaining witness.

It is further ORDERED that this case be argued and submitted to the Court together with the case of People v. Hackett (Docket No. 67291), one immediately following the other, at such future session of the Court as both cases are ready for submission for decision.
