Appeal from a judgment of the Criminal Court of New York City, New York County, (Frederick L. Strong and James J. Comerford, JJ., Amos S. Basel, J., dissenting) rendered May 5, 1967, convicting defendant of the misdemeanor of violation of subdivision (d) of subdivision 16 of section 1425 of the Penal Law, and from each and every intermediate order therein made.
