ORDER

On order of the Court, the certification by the Court of Appeals pursuant to Administrative Order 1984-2 that its decision in this case conflicts with its decision in People v. Sickles, 162 Mich.App. 344, 412 N.W.2d 734 (1987), and the letter request of the defendant under MCR 7.303 are considered. Upon review of the Court of Appeals briefs and record and the trial court record, the Court is not persuaded that relief should be granted and it is therefore DENIED, and we respectfully decline to order further consideration of the question presented.
