ORDER

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal and the motion for bond pending appeal are considered. The application for leave to appeal is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motion for bond pending appeal is DENIED as moot.

We VACATE our order of February 24, 1988, that stayed the Kent Circuit Court order of February 19, 1988, that directed the defendant to report to the Kent County Jail on February 26, 1988.

LEVIN and CAVANAGH, JJ., would grant leave to appeal.
