Admin. 2.516(a) ("No service need be made on parties against whom a default has been entered, except that pleadings asserting new or additional claims against them must be served in the manner provided for service of summons." (emphasis added)); Safetitle, Inc. v. Fid. Nat. Title Ins., 701 So. 2d 565, 567 (Fla. 5th DCA 1997), superseded on other grounds by rule, Fla. R. App. P. 9.130, as recognized in BMW Fin.
