OPINION TEXT STARTS HEREPlaintiff, as limited by her briefs, appeals from that portion of an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Bronx County (Robert R. Reed, J.), entered April 19, 2011, which granted defendants-respondents' motion for summary judgment dismissing plaintiff's complaint insofar as it alleged serious injuries under the 90/180–day category of Insurance Law § 5102(d).
