Error from Superior Court, Whitfield County; M. C. Tarver, Judge.

Action by M. C. Phipps, by next friend, against the Gulf Refining Company. Judgment for defendant on a directed verdict, and plaintiff brings error, and defendant takes cross-bill of exceptions. Affirmed on main bill of exceptions, and cross-bill dismissed.
