Appeal from Circuit Court, Cook County; Loyd M. Bradley (Carbondale), Judge.
Action by Pasquale Raimondi against Ziffrin Truck Lines, a corporation, and another for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when struck by named defendant's truck and trailer after failing to board a street car. Defendant contended plaintiff was contributorily negligent as a matter of law. Verdict and judgment for plaintiff against named defendant, plaintiff having dismissed as to other defendant, and named defendant appeals.
