GARY, C.J.

Heretofore an order was filed calling the circuit judges to the assistance of the Supreme Court, on the ground that the Justices of the Supreme Court were divided in opinion on a constitutional question. Since that time the Justices of the Supreme Court have reached the same conclusion as to the form of the judgment that should be rendered.

The order calling the circuit judges to the assistance of the Supreme Court is therefore revoked.
