Action aided by attachment by the Rock Island National Bank against the Western Lumber Company and another. From a judgment abating the attachment, plaintiff appeals. Reversed in division (34 S. W. 869), and transferred to court in banc. Affirmed.

The judgment of the circuit court is therefore reversed, and the cause remanded, to be proceeded with as in the opinion directed.
