ELIZABETH KERR, JUSTICE

Having considered Sabre Travel International Ltd.'s petition for permissive interlocutory appeal2 of the trial court's May 1, 2017 "Amended Order Denying Defendant's Motion to Dismiss," we deny the petition.3
