Appeal from Superior Court, Cook County; Gridley, Judge.
Action by Salvatore Savina, a minor, by Michele Savina, his father and next friend, against the National Brick Company and John P. Traff to recover for personal injuries alleged to have been received by the minor as result of the negligent operation of an automobile owned by the National Brick Company and driven by John P. Traff. From a judgment in favor of the defendants, the plaintiff appeals.
Judgment reversed, and cause remanded for a new trial. Irving G. Zazove and Nicholas A. Pope, both of Chicago, for appellant.
