Appeal from Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department, 263 App.Div. 928, 32 N.Y.S.2d 404.

Action by William Sdoia against Thomas C. Cawley for personal injuries. A judgment for plaintiff and an order denying defendant's motion to set aside the verdict and for directed verdict were affirmed by the Appellate Division, 263 App.Div. 928, 32 N.Y.S.2d 404, and the defendant appeals.

Affirmed.
