FISHCHER, AND R. PATRICK DE WINE FOR NOT RENDERING JUDGMENT • Plaintiff is tormented from frequent urinations every hour and more than that.

• Plaintiff is legally blind.

• Plaintiff has appetite changes: she can no longer eat pork without getting sick. Plaintiff is allergic to pork now, and it stinks in her nose, and she breaks out in her skin if she eats some. Plaintiff is allergic to certain foods occasionally: melons, bananas.

• Plaintiffs teeth are no longer strong; but dingy and yellow. They break while the Plaintiff is eating.

• Plaintiff use to have bad migraine headaches, and dizzy spells: where he equilibrium was not letting her sit up.

• Plaintiff has passed out (3) times from overheating.

• Plaintiffs feet hurt now, without thick soles.

• Plaintiff has had high pitched...
