Error to Circuit Court, Hudson County.
Action by Hiram Snyder and William H.
Hendrickson against the New York Central & Hudson River Railroad Company. Judgment for plaintiffs, and defendant brings error. Affirmed.
Edmund W. Wakelee and Vredenburgh, Wall & Van Winkle, for plaintiff in error. Cornelius Doremus, for defendants in error.
The questions raised in this case are the same as those raised in Gardner & Meeks Co. v. N. Y. Central & Hudson River R. R. Co. (decided by this court at the present term) 62 Atl. 416. The judgment under review heroin will be affirmed, for the reasons stated in the opinion of Mr. Justice Pitney in that case.
