OPINION

WALKER, J.

The relator seeks the same relief as that asked and granted by this court in No. 26533, State ex rel. American Central Insurance Company v. Gehner, Assessor, et al., 280 S.W. 416. The pleadings, facts, and arguments adduced pro and con in the instant case are the same as those in No. 26533; the difference between the two cases being limited to the amount of assessable property returned and that levied by respondents. The issues, therefore, being identical and subject to the same rules of interpretation, the conclusion reached in No. 26533 is applicable in the case at bar.

It is therefore ordered that the record of respondents therein be quashed.

All concur.
