Appeal from St. Louis Circuit Court; Benj. J. Klene, Judge.
Mandamus by the State, on the relation of James J. Tracy, against G. B. Arnold and others, composing the Board of Election Commissioners of the City of St. Louis. Judgment for respondents, and relator appeals. Affirmed.

This is a mandamus proceeding instituted in the circuit court of the city of St. Louis, whereby relator sought to compel the respondents to issue him a certificate of election to the office of constable for the Fifth constabulary district of the city of St. Louis. Upon a trial in the circuit court judgment went for respondents, and relator duly perfected an appeal.
The legal issues involved in this case are the same as those involved in State ex rel. Thompson v. Arnold et al., being case No. 21452, 213 S. W. 834.
For the reasons stated in the opinion in that case, the judgment herein is affirmed.
