On May 4, 2021, the Court of Appeals filed its Opinion in this matter vacating Defendant Jarrad Trevor Barnes' ("Appellant") conviction and sentence for endangerment and remanding for retrial on that count alone and affirming Appellant's remaining convictions and sentences.
