BOHLING, Commissioner.
This is an appeal by Charles Edgar Cory from a judgment imposing a sentence of ninety-nine years' imprisonment, in accordance with the verdict of the jury, for robbery in the first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon. Secs. 4058, 4061, R.S.1929, Mo.St.Ann. §§ 4058, 4061, pp. 2856, 2863.
The appeal was granted on February 15, 1937. The cause appeared on our docket for argument at the January Call, 1938, of the September Term, 1937. It stands submitted at our May Term, 1938.
We have before us only the record proper. Appellant has not filed a brief. We have examined the record proper with extreme care and are unable to find reversible error therein. There is naught for us to do but to affirm the judgment. It is so ordered.
COOLEY and WESTHUES, CC., concur.
The foregoing opinion by BOHLING, C., is adopted as the opinion of the court.
All the Judges concur.
