Appeal from district court, Pottawattamie county; Walter I. Smith, Judge.

Defendant was convicted of a third offense of larceny of property exceeding in value the sum of $20 in each instance. He appeals. Affirmed.S. B. Snyder and Mynster & Lindt, for appellant.

PER CURIAM.

The case comes to us upon an abstract, without argument for either party. We shall content ourselves with stating the conclusions reached. The demurrer to the indictment was properly overruled. The evidence supports the verdict, and the proceedings seem to have been in conformity to law. Affirmed.
