Error to Criminal Court, Buchanan County; B. J. Casteel, Judge. William Harding was convicted of setting up and keeping gaming devices, and he brings error. Affirmed.

The same questions are presented upon the record in this cause as in the cases of State v. Rosenblatt, 83 S. W. 975, and State v. Blakeley, 83 S. W. 980, decided at this term. Adopting the conclusions reached in those cases, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
