Action by the state against Jacob Hehn and others. From an order sustaining a demurrer to the complaint, plaintiff appeals. Reversed.

This is a suit upon a liquor dealer's bond to recover the penalty for permitting a minor to enter and remain in his house or place of business. The court below sustained a demurrer to the petition, and dismissed the cause. This was error, for which the judgment of the court below must be reversed. Drake v. State (Tex. Sup.) 24 S. W. 790. Reversed and remanded.
