PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of murder in violation of section 690.2 Code 1962, I.C.A. She pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty of murder in the second degree, and was sentenced to a term of 25 years in the women's reformatory at Rockwell City, as provided in section 690.3. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is

Affirmed.
