Frank Kolafa was convicted of the theft of an automobile, tine he appeals. Affirmed.

This is a companion case to the Kolafa Case (No. 22939) 236 S. W. 302. The crime charged in this case was the theft of what was known as the Willman car on the 24th day of November, 1917. The defendant claimed that he purchased it on the 1st day of October, 1917, for $140. All the points presented in the present case for reversal have been fully considered in case No. 22939.

The judgment in this case therefore is affirmed.
