PER CURIAM.

This case comes to us on a short transcript of the record certified by the clerk of the district court.

The defendant was indicted for the crime of willfully, unlawfully, and knowingly having possession of intoxicating liquor. Said defendant pleaded guilty to maintaining a liquor nuisance on September 21, 1925, and this indictment constitutes his second offense of violating the liquor laws. Defendant pleaded not guilty, and judgment was entered in conformity to law. The defendant-appellant has filed no abstract, brief, or argument.

We have examined the record and find no error. The judgment of the district court is affirmed.

Affirmed.
