PER CURIAM.

We reverse the circuit court's December 6, 2011, order dismissing count 2 of the information against Appellee for possession of a controlled substance under section 893.13(6)(a), Florida Statutes (2011), and we remand this case to the circuit court for further proceedings. See State v. Adkins, 96 So.3d 412 (Fla.2012).
