ORDER

PER CURIAM

David O. Love ("Defendant") appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis entered upon a jury verdict convicting him of second-degree murder and armed criminal action. Defendant raises two points on appeal. Finding that the circuit court did not plainly err as alleged by Defendant in his first point, and finding that the circuit court did not abuse its discretion as alleged by Defendant in his second point, we affirm the judgment of the circuit court.

No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, we have provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed under Rule 30.25(b).
