Appeal from Circuit Court, Holt County; Alonzo D. Burnes, Judge.
George Lundy was convicted of grand, larceny, and he appeals. Affirmed.

Upon an information in proper form, charging him with grand larceny, defendant was tried in the circuit court of Holt county, found guilty, and his punishment assessed at two years in the penitentiary. Defendant duly appealed.
The transcript of the record before us does not contain a bill of exceptions. Cur review is therefore confined to the record proper. Appellant has not favored us with a brief; however, pursuant to our statutory duty in the premises, we have carefully reviewed the record proper, and have been unable to find therein any matter of error that would justify a reversal of the judgment below.
The judgment is affirmed. All concur.
