ORDER

Per Curiam:

Appellant Cody Marsh appeals his convictions for four counts of sodomy or attempted sodomy in the first degree. He raises three points on appeal, claiming the court erred in admitting testimony under section 491.075, that the evidence was insufficient, and that section 491.075 is unconstitutional, both facially and in how it was applied in the instant case. We affirm in accordance with Rule 30.25(b).
