EVANS, Justice.

This is a companion case to State v. Robert Christofferson, 247 N. W. 819, in which opinion is filed herewith at this sitting. The two defendants were jointly indicted though tried separately. Their cases have been submitted to us by stipulation upon the same brief. The conclusion reached by us in the Christofferson Case is likewise conclusive upon the defendant herein.

The judgment below is accordingly affirmed.
