FRANK, Judge.

Certiorari: The parties have stipulated that each of the above causes shall be determined by the opinion and judgment rendered in cause No. 35375, pending in this court. 106 S.W.(2d) 902. The writ of certiorari in said cause No. 35375 was quashed by the opinion and judgment rendered in that action.

Pursuant to stipulation of the parties hereto, the writ of certiorari granted in each of the above-captioned actions [State ex rel. Pitcairn v. Public Service Commission, 100 S.W.(2d) 635; Id., 100 S.W.(2d) 637] is quashed and said causes are dismissed.
