Appeal from District Court, Cerro Gordo County; C. H. Kelley, Judge.

The defendant was indicted for murder in the first degree and on trial was convicted, and, in accordance with the determination of the jury expressed in its verdict that the punishment should be imprisonment in the penitentiary for life, he was sentenced to such imprisonment, and from such sentence he appeals. Affirmed.P. J. Dougherty, of Dougherty, and Coughlon & Breese, of Mason City, for appellant.
