Error to court of appeals.

Action by Parker Steves and others against J. C. Carson and others. From a judgment of the court of appeals (30 P. 1102) affirming a judgment of dismissal, plaintiffs bring error. Reversed.

The record in this cause presents the same question involved in the preceding case (40 P. 569), and was submitted in connection therewith. For the reasons given in the opinion in that case, the judgment of the court of appeals is reversed, and the cause remanded. Reversed and remanded.
