ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Cynthia Svehla and Thomas Svehla appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of Park Hill School District. On appeal, the Svehlas claim the trial court erred in sustaining the District's motion for summary judgment because the District waived sovereign immunity by maintaining a dangerous condition on the premises at Congress Middle School in that the Svehlas pled and produced substantial evidence of a dangerous condition at the entrance to the girl's locker room where Mrs. Svehla fell down the stairs and sustained injuries. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
