Appeal from circuit court, Laurel county; ROBERT BOYD, Judge.

Indictment against S. Tankersly for selling a deadly weapon to a minor. Jury found defendant guilty, and imposed upon him a fine of $25, and an imprisonment for 10 days. Defendant appeals. Under Crim. Code Ky. § 347, the court of appeals has jurisdiction of criminal appeals only where the fine exceeds $50, or the imprisonment exceeds 30 days.

This court has no jurisdiction of the appeal. The fine is only $25, and the imprisonment for 10 days. See section 347, Crim. Code. Appeal dismissed.
