Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; John J. Sonsteby, Judge.

Action by F. Gerald Thomas against Benjamin Melmed wherein the Municipal Court of Chicago on plaintiff's motion entered a default judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendant for $6,500. From an order entered on defendant's amended petition vacating the judgment by default, plaintiff appeals.

Affirmed.
