Where appellants fail to file an abstract of the record and a statement of the case, as required by the rules of the supreme court, their appeal will be dismissed. Long v. Long, 8 S. W. Rep. 766, 96 Mo. 180; Jayne v. Winn, 11 S. W. Rep. 969, 98 Mo. 404; Craig v. Scudder, 12 S. W. Rep. 341, 98 Mo. 664; and Snyder v. Free, 14 S. W. Rep. 875, 102 Mo. 325, — followed.

Appeal from circuit court, Jasper county; M. G. McGREGOR, Judge.

Action by William Thompson and another against C. C. Allen and others for the specific performance of a contract to convey land. Judgment for defendants. Plaintiffs appeal. Dismissed.

The appellants have failed to file an abstract of the record and a statement of the case, as required by the rules of this court, and therefore, following the cases of Long v. Long, 96 Mo. 180, 8 S. W. Rep. 766; Jayne v. Winn, 98 Mo. 404, 11 S. W. Rep. 969; Craig v. Scudder, 98 Mo. 664, 12 S. W. Rep. 341; and Snyder v. Free, 102 Mo. 325, 14 S. W. Rep. 875, — the appeal is dismissed. All concur.
