Action by William B. Thompson and another, a copartnership doing business under the firm name of W. B. & Ford W. Thompson, against E. C. Stearns and others. From a judgment in their favor, plaintiffs appeal. Reversed and remanded.

This is plaintiffs' appeal in the above-entitled cause from judgment in their favor for $3,153. Defendants' appeal from the same judgment, No. 14676, has been disposed of in a separate opinion and is set out on page 43 of 195 S. W.
For the reasons expressed in the opinion supra, the judgment herein is reversed, and the cause remanded.
