Appeal from District Court, Iowa County; Ralph Otto, Judge.
Action at law upon an accident policy to recover death benefit. Judgment for plaintiff. Defendant appeals. Affirmed.Stipp, Perry, Bannister & Starzinger, of Des Moines, and Hatter & Harned, of Marengo, for appellant.
Edward P. Cronin, of Victor, and W. E. Wallace, of Williamsburg, for appellee.
The policy sued upon is the one issued by defendant referred to in Wahl v. Interstate Business Men's Accident Association, 207 N. W. 395, opinion in which is filed herewith. For the reasons set forth in the opinion in that case, this judgment must be, and it is, affirmed.
