Love v. Love, 146 Ga. 161, 162, 91 S.E. 27, and authorities cited.

Error from Superior Court, Douglas County; F. A. Irwin, Judge.

Action between Leak Watkins and the State. Judgment for the latter, and the former brings error. Writ of error dismissed.
