In an action for a declaratory judgment and for injunctive relief with respect to a hotel or lodging house occupancy tax assessment, plaintiffs appeal from: (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, entered July 28, 1964, which (a) denied their motion for summary judgment and granted defendants' cross motion for similar relief and (2) a judgment of said court entered September 17, 1964, which dismissed the complaint pursuant to said order. Order and judgment affirmed, with one bill of $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
