v.
The CITY OF NEW YORK et al., Respondents.
Court of Appeals of New York.
Oct. 10, 1968.

Appeal from Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department, 29 A.D.2d 550, 285 N.Y.S.2d 149.

Action was brought to recover for personal injuries.

The Supreme Court, Kings County, Anthony J. Di Giovanna, J., entered an order setting aside a jury verdict in favor of the defendant and directing a new trial, and the defendant appealed.

The Appellate Division entered an order December 11, 1967, which reversed the order of the Supreme Court, Kings County and reinstated the verdict.

The plaintiffs appealed to the Court of Appeals, and motion was made in the Court of Appeals to dismiss the appeal on ground that it presented no question reviewable by the Court of Appeals.

Motion denied.
