Action by the Burroughs Adding Machine Company against T. F. Wilcox, as receiver for the Syverson Lumber & Shingle Company. From a judgment for defendant, plaintiff appeals. Affirmed.

This case, although brought by a different party plaintiff, involves the same question as Casey-Hedges Co. v. Wilcox (No. 11,024) 131 P. 205, and, upon the authority of that case, the judgment is affirmed.
